A Note to Our Community –
In light of the safety measures in place to manage the current public health crisis, we are continually updating this page to keep you informed on our current operations at Abacus Row and what you can expect with orders placed during this time.
Our studio + shop located in San Francisco is where we normally carry out all aspects of our business – from our design process and production work to customer service and order fulfillment. Since March we have taken measures to keep our team safe and working by continuing production and management remotely where possible. We are continually adapting and are deeply appreciative of your support and patience.
Online – shop with us digitally!
Our online shop abacusrow.com is always open. We are continually updating the site to make available all the products that we have in store so you can shop safely from home.
We are taking extra precautions and are able to fulfill and ship your orders, though production and fulfillment may take a bit longer due to modified operational changes. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a date that you need to receive your order by or if you have any questions.
Shop – limited in-person shopping and local pick up!
We are now open for in-store shopping. Visit our studio + shop at 1256 Mason. We are open Wednesday through Saturday, 12-5pm. Shopping is limited to 2 customers in the store at any one time to ensure generous social distancing for you and our staff. With the doors and windows open, air purifiers running, and PPE and sanitizer available, we are operating to ensure a safe shopping experience.
In an effort to share the support that we receive, we are committed to giving back to our community. In 2020, Abacus Row contributed a portion of our sales to a local-level or mutual aid organization to support efforts in securing the health and safety of low-income and BIPOC communities in the Bay Area. Read more about our efforts and join us in supporting SF-Marin Food Bank, Chinatown Community Development Center, TGI Justice Project, an organically grown urban farm in Bayview SF, La Cocina's Emergency Relief Fund, and Asian Pacific Environmental Network.
Stay strong, safe, and well.
– Christine and the Abacus Row team
