We ship all of our orders through USPS. For expected delivery before December 25, the USPS recommends sending no later than the dates and shipping methods specified below. While we plan to get all orders out before December 20, please take into account our fulfillment process may take up to 5 business days. We hand wrap and package all items, which takes a little extra time and care. All in-stock items ship within 5 business days. Back-ordered items can take up to 10 business days, and are labeled as such on their product pages. If you need to receive your order by a specific date please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a note with your order and we will do everything we can to meet your request.
Orders processed with standard shipping are delivered via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped with a tracking number. In general, orders shipped to addresses in San Francisco arrive next-day. Orders shipped to California addresses outside of San Francisco take between 2-3 days. Orders shipped to other parts of the country generally take between 3-5 days. If you would like to have your order rushed or delivered send us a note at email@example.com to arrange alternative delivery options.
USPS Priority Shipping is available for faster delivery to midwest and east coast locations (Priority and First Class are usually the same speed to CA and other west coast locations).
USPS Express (overnight) is also available. Please place orders by 5 pm PT for orders to ship the following day.
Please note that Abacus Row is not responsible for lost or damaged packages upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe address for delivered packages. If a shipment is lost or damaged en route to the address, Abacus Row will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
At present, Abacus Row only provides international shipping to Canada. If you would really like to place an order to have shipped outside of the United States and Canada, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options.
