Please note that shipping time estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment.

When your order is ready for local pick-up or has shipped with a tracking number you will receive an email notification.

If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please let us know by leaving a note at check out, and/or by emailing us at info@abacusrow.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and we will inform you promptly if we will not be able to.

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Abacus Row is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.

FULFILLMENT

Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in San Francisco. Often, our Abacus Row jewelry is made-to-order. We have a collection of ready-to-ship Abacus Row jewelry, and items from our curated With Others collections are all ready-to-ship.

For orders with made-to-order items, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship out, and longer during holidays and major promotions.

Orders consisting entirely of ready-to-ship products can be expected to ship within 1-5 business days.

LOCAL PICK-UP

All Local Pick-up orders will be available for retrieval from our storefront during open hours. Find our current events and storefront hours here.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of two options: First Class Mail (standard shipping) or Priority Mail (a little faster once it ships).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International.*

While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process. All customs fees, taxes, and import duties levied by the receiving country vary by region are not included at the time of checkout, and are the receiver's responsibility.

*Shipments to Australia must ship USPS Priority Express International and with insurance coverage.
