Shipping Information

GENERAL

Please note that shipping time estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment.

When your order is ready for local pick-up or has shipped with a tracking number you will receive an email notification.

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Abacus Row is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.


FULFILLMENT

Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in San Francisco.

Orders may be expected to ship or be ready for local pick up within 1-5 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Following sales and during the holidays please allow additional time.

If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please let us know by leaving a note at check out, and/or by emailing us at sales@abacusrow.com. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.


LOCAL PICK UP

All local pick up orders will be available for retrieval during open storefront hours.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of two options: Ground Advantage Mail (standard shipping) or Priority Mail (a little faster once it ships).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International.*

While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process. All customs fees, taxes, import duties and the like levied by the receiving country vary by region are not included at the time of checkout and are the receiver's responsibility.

*Shipments to Australia must ship USPS Priority Express International and with insurance coverage.
