When will my order ship?+
Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in San Francisco, California. For more information on how and when our orders ship, please reference our Shipping Information page.
Where else can I purchase Abacus Row?+
Abacus Row jewelry is available in stores across the country and around the world. Find one of our amazing stockists near you!
Does Abacus Row accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?+
All Abacus Row sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. Please read more about our policy, reasons, and exceptions.
How do I care for my jewelry?+
Each piece of Abacus Row jewelry is carefully crafted by hand in our studio. We use high-quality materials that will last if handled and maintained with reasonable care. We have general recommendations on how to care for the jewelry we make based on the materials the specific piece is made of.
Do you offer repairs?+
At some point you may find your well-worn piece of Abacus Row jewelry in need of repair. We encourage you to reach out to us to handle a repair as opposed to discarding your jewelry and buying a new piece.
We charge a small fee for repairs and are happy to offer this service on any piece of Abacus Row jewelry, including our friendship bracelets and replacing any beads that have lost their plating.
Please email us photos of the piece and the problem area that needs repairing along with an explanation of what happened to info@abacusrow.com. To assist us in figuring out what may have gone wrong and how to avoid this issue from occurring again in the future, please also let us know if the item fit well, or was it too large or too small? Did you wear the item continuously or did you remove it before showering and before going to bed? With that information we can figure out how best to move forward with the repair.
Please note that our repair services are exclusively reserved for Abacus Row jewelry. We do not offer repair services for jewelry that was not made by our team.

Where is Abacus Row located?+
Our studio and storefront are located at the intersection of the Nob Hill and Chinatown neighborhoods of San Francisco, California, at 1256 Mason Street.
Does Abacus Row make custom pieces?+
In general we do not do custom design or production. Custom work can be fun, but also a time commitment that our small team is unable to accommodate given all of our focus on the lovely non-custom items we do carry.
When time allows we are able to offer a semi-custom color palette for our Moon Flower and Superbloom bracelets and necklaces. The design structure remains as originally designed, but the color palette is inspired by you.
If you are interested in a custom Moon Flower or Superbloom piece please email info@abacusrow.com and share a general color palette direction (this can be with words, images, and/or referring to existing pieces). We will set you up with a payment link to prepay for us to create a piece just for you. Creating a custom piece takes a month minimum, and timing may vary depending on the time of year. Please also note that there is no additional input and this is considered a final sale.

Does Abacus Row have a newsletter?+
You can join our mailing list here to hear about new collections, sales and upcoming events! We only send them out when we have something to say, so you won't be bombarded by us. Are there scams and fake websites with Abacus Row?+
It has come to our attention that scammers are pulling photos and product information from our legitimate website to build fake websites with too-good-to-be-true low prices and pieces that are no longer available.

All of our With Others collaborators and items have been hand selected by, designer and founder, Christine Trac as an extension of the style and values represented by Abacus Row as a whole.
