Order Minimums
Domestic & International Accounts
All opening orders require a $500 deposit towards a $1000 order minimum.
Reorders must meet a $500 minimum.
Order Submission & Payment
Submit your wholesale order directly to us by email via sales@abacusrow.com. Specific attention to our Wholesale Manager Monika Rose, monika.rose@abacusrow.com, is suggested.
Alternatively, you may place your order using our online wholesale platform by requesting and formally activating a wholesale account. Please note that you must be signed into your account to access the wholesale portal and that any order placed through the website must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Once an order is received, our team will send an itemized invoice for your review. Please review your itemized invoice within 5 business days of receipt and notify us of any errors. Within 5 business days of receiving your itemized invoice, you may also modify or cancel your order. After that time, orders are considered confirmed and binding.
Our team will email an invoice with an link to handle payment 4–6 business days prior to the date your order is scheduled to ship. We request payment in full be received no later than 2 business days prior to the scheduled ship date. Orders will not ship until payment is received in full.
Fulfillment & Shipping
All orders are made-to-order.
Orders will ship out approximately 4–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Please notify us if you’d like to schedule a specific ship date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All orders ship out on Fridays from our San Francisco studio. Shipments within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, for a flat $20 shipping & handling fee. International shipping and handling starts at $65. When you place your order, please notify our team if you require an alternative method of shipping. Please note that pricing is subject to change based on the carrier and handling requirements.
Returns & Exchanges
Abacus Row does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If you feel something is wrong, please reach out immediately so we may resolve any potential issues.
