Shipping Information - Holiday

MOTHER'S DAY SHIPPING DEADLINE

Place your order by April 22 to ensure your shipment arrives by Mother’s Day weekend. This applies in particular to Abacus Row jewelry. Nearly all Abacus Row jewelry is made-to-order, requiring time for production prior to shipping. Once items are ready to ship, each order is carefully packaged and shipped out from our studio. Online orders are shipped out twice a week. If you are hoping to receive your order by a specific date, please feel free to leave a message in the Notes field at checkout and/or email us at info@abacusrow.com with your delivery by date request. We will do our best to accommodate.

For any of our With Others products (pieces made by fellow artists and designers), we ask that you place your order by April 28 to give us enough time to pack and ship your order for arrival by the following week.

If time is sensitive, we always recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail to avoid any potential delay.


GENERAL

Please take note of fulfillment and shipping times. Many items are made-to-order and every single order is packed and shipped by our small team from our studio in San Francisco. You can expect to receive a notification when your order has gone out.

Do not hesitate to reach out if you are hoping to receive your order by a particular date. Please email us at info@abacusrow.com with your order number. We will always make our best effort to accommodate.


FULFILLMENT

Handled with care - please allow 10 business days for fulfillment.

Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in San Francisco. In general, all Abacus Row jewelry is made-to-order, while items from our curated With Others segment are ready-to-ship. For any orders with made-to-order items, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship out; orders entirely consisting of ready-to-ship products are expected to go out within 5 business days.

During the holidays and major promotions, shipping times may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, customers will receive a notice that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number for the shipment.

If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing our team at info@abacusrow.com. We will do our best and will inform you if we have trouble meeting your request.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of two options: First Class Mail (standard shipping) or Priority Mail (a little faster).

Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at info@abacusrow.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Abacus Row is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International.* Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order.

Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us at info@abacusrow.com so we can advise you on the best shipping method. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process.

*Shipments to Australia must ship USPS Priority Express International and with insurance coverage.
